test or production mode. Keys will lead with sk_test_... or sk_prod...
test keys: This environment is used for development and testing purposes. Transactions recorded with test keys will not incur any charges or tax remittance.
production: Production keys handle live traffic. Numeral will file production transactions with the states as appropriate.
